Additional information

How we protect your data

We use the best security protocols to our knowledge to prevent hacks from occuring to our website, as we naturally don’t want this happening in the first place. We however cannot guarantee that a hack will never happen, as website around the world are constantly targeted by bots and hackers. To make sure we make it has hard for them as possible, login passwords are all required to be of a high difficulty level to avoid brute force attacks.

Online Payment Gateways

At no point do we store credit card information on our website or database. We feel it safer to let professional companies like PayPal and/or 2Checkout handle all transactions. Their security protocols are far better than ours, which means your credit card information is in much better hands. We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. Please see the PayPal Privacy Policy for more details.

When buying a product via the checkout page, you are sent to the respective 3rd party payment gateway to enter your credit card details. Once they have verified the payment, they send confirmation back to our online store, telling us that payment has been received and we can ship your order. The only information we store about you for purchases, is your user account information, being your name, email address, physical address (if required) and telephone number (if required).
